I have come with messages from our developers that, the download reset time is generic now, it will reset in every specific period for all users, we didn’t reduce database load, because, some site has 10s of thousands of users. please let me know if you need further fixes or help.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. Are you talking about the private message plugin? The inbox feature is working properly from our end. You can check by enabling/disabling style/scripts from your Private Message plugin settings for the issue. Or, it doesn’t help it can be a conflict with your other plugins or the active theme. you may please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. Can you please share the related URL? if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue?

I have checked your issue. The registration is working properly from your site. if the issue does not appear frequently, I think this could be a cache or session cache issue. You can also able to exclude the registration page from cache from your cache plugin settings. please check.

I have tested our testing API credentials from dropbox, it is working properly from your site. Though it is causing some issues with your site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know then.
