For getting the attached video file player, you have to use [video_player_1200x800] and the same for the audio player, you have to use [audio_player]. I have checked the packages page template. please add those template tags related to your packages page template. please check and let me know then.

Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. The package-settings-section for frontend upload was hidden. I have made it visible by adding a code snippet from your Customizer > Additional CSS. Now when publishing a package the user will able to set the Allow Access option. Thus he/she will be able to see the files as well. please check and let me know

Hope you are well. For transferring/migrating WPDM, you have to use a good FTP tool or you can also follow this doc too, https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress. And keeping old download statistics, you can use your old database too. I hope you have understood. Please check and let me know

When you upload a file directly or attach a file from the server as a server path, WPDM handles the process. But as the media library, it can’t. However, our dev team will look over this issue and update it thereby. I hope you have understood.
