The issue you are experiencing is due to your browser cache. Some days ago, our server was offline for several hours due to an upgrade process. During this process, Hostgator support accidentally removed PHP from our server, which led to all PHP files starting to download. However, rest assured, the problem has already been resolved; our server is back online. You may still be encountering this issue due to your browser cache. Please clear your browser cache and try again. I hope your issue will be resolved then.

We have fixed the issue. For the wp.org hosted add-ons, we maintain updates through wp.org, users will get the latest version from wp.org, we don’t update the site page for those add-ons, but downloads are always linked to the latest version from wp.org.
