I have checked from your staging site, I think your server settings this may cause the issue, there is also a module called Kinsta Cache available, can you please try it from a normal server? For viewing the packages in each category on the categories page, you can check this add-on,
and with the Front-end Category Manager add-on, you are allowed to manage categories and also package categories from front-end edit packages/create packages. I hope you have understood. please check and let me know

If you are trying to login to WPDM before seeing the list of documents, you can restrict download packages via,
Packages Edit section > Package Settings > Allow Access option. And for other requirements, are you trying to lock packages with multiple lock options? please check and let me know

As the WPDM Block Hotlink add-on will help you to block hot links to download URLs from external sites, it will not work when it’s a link to an external download site. I hope you have understood.
