The shortcode is working properly from our testing site here, https://free.wpdm.online/guest-checkout/, the same versions you are using. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If possible I can also check that. Hope you are well. The plugin’s subscription system supports multiple statuses:
– ACTIVE
– CANCELED
– SUSPENDED
– EXPIRED
However, the current admin interface only provides two filter tabs:
1. All – shows all subscriptions
2. Active – shows only ACTIVE status subscriptions
How to View Expired Memberships
Currently, there’s no direct UI filter for expired memberships. Here are the workarounds:
View All and Look for Expired Status
Navigate to Membership > Subscriptions and check the “All” tab. You’ll need to manually look through
the list for subscriptions with:
– EXPIRED status
– expires_at date in the past

After saving the package you can delete the attached files otherwise not saved package/file you can reload the package/file and start from begin. I hope you have understood. Please kindly check.

Hope you are well. To display your category packages in 1 column on mobile devices while keeping 2 columns on larger screens, you
need to add the colsphone="1" parameter to your shortcode.
Updated shortcode:

Parameter breakdown:
– cols=”2″ → 2 columns on desktop (screens ≥992px)
– colspad=”2″ → 2 columns on tablets (screens ≥768px)
– colsphone=”1″ → 1 column on mobile (screens <768px)
The plugin uses Bootstrap-style responsive column classes, so this will automatically create a single-column
layout on mobile devices while maintaining your 2-column layout on larger screens.
