I can test disabling plugin/switching theme for 10-15 minute for finding if there any issue exist. Please kindly check.

I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If you permit me I can also check this. Please kindly check.
