Hope you are well. For transferring/migrating WPDM, you have to use a good FTP tool or you can also follow this doc too, https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress. The cache is a set of data that is temporarily stored in a system. It is mainly stored for serving data quickly on an urgent request. If the data becomes much out of storage against your hosting limit, it can be an issue. However, Can you please share the slow log errors file related to WPDM here, you can use wetransfer.com now . Please don’t copy the log errors here, As you configured the settings I can also check it from your WordPress back end. However, other packages are working properly as expected. A few packages are showing this error, I think you have created some custom fields with their values for those packages, they may be affecting this error. please kindly check and let me know.
