I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. Thank you for reporting this! I’ve identified the issue — the plugin adds col-md-6 col-6 classes alongside your cols=1 setting, which creates a 2-column layout on mobile regardless of your shortcode parameter.
Quick workaround:
Add this CSS to your site (Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS):
@media (max-width: 768px) {
.wpdm_packages_shortcode .col-6,
.wpdm_packages_shortcode .col-md-6 {
width: 100% !important;
flex: 0 0 100% !important;
max-width: 100% !important;
}
} This will force the search results to display in a single column on mobile, respecting your cols=1 shortcode parameter.
