The shortcode is working properly from our testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. If the issue persists please set the below instruction from wp-admin> Dashboard page as I image attached,
