Hi,

You can put the order_by value to only title, download_count, create_date, modified ( update date ) or id and order to asc or desc.

Hi,

First thing is, you have created the membership levels and you have to change all of the package access for the levels. You can do two things for this, you can first select a category for the level then you bulk edit the package to set the category as the package category. As the package will override the category access with membership level.

Also, you can bulk change the package allow access option with this addon.

Sorry, can you provide Cpanel login? FTP showing Connection attempt timed out.

Or you can replace all this.href in /download-maanger/libs/class.Package.php with location.href

Hi,

You can change user limit download from Downloads Settings Download limit section.
membership pro plugin gives package access control and membership cycle, etc. You have to use download limit addon to limit downloads.

Hi,

I have created a test package and the pdf thumb is working fine. (https://scottkolbe.com/download/test-pdf-thumb/), Seems like you have added files from box, so the pdf thumb is not generating. You need to upload and attach files from the server so that the [pdf_thumb] can generate thumbs for the files.

Hi,

In case of page/link template files, you can modify/create new templates from Downloads Templates page on the dashboard. Plugin update won’t delete the custom link/page templates.
