You can customize the invoice with this add-on. https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package-wordpress-digital-store-solution.

And if you allow the form lock than no one could download that without unlocking it. If you want to make it subscription based then you can use this add-on (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/), it will cancel the subscription with the time limit you give with the membership level.

Hi,

you can get WDMP updates and pro forum access for one year with the yearly membership. Does your license for one year expired?

If not check the settings -> license section and login in the settings -> updates section in the downloads menu from the dashboard.

Otherwise please give login in private reply to check it.

To easily make that page where you want to show the TOP downloads you can use the shortcode from the WPDM Directory Add-on here. (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/)

You can use [wpdm-archive order_by=”download_count” order=”asc or desc”] this code to achieve that.

Can’t sign your drive. Does this error for only this file only? Try creating the new package with and delete the previous one from the drive and upload again. Maybe file size is a factor.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin on the site?

you can use [pdf_thumb_WxH] to show pdf thumbnails.
or,
You can add thumbnail preview by attached the thumbnail as an image in the custom link or page template. Or by replacing the icon file with a thumbnail image.

Hi,

If you want to change the symbol you need to change the base country in Premium package settings. If you want to change the position then go settings -> premium package -> payment and you can see the currency configuration.
And go to Settings -> premium package to change the base country that will change currency symbol.

And currently, we don’t have support for the different price according to payment method.

Wordpress send an email itself on new user registration. Did you set up correctly your email in hosting?

Hi there,

If you want to validate user upload in that way you need modification to existing plugin.
As with the front-end uploader (https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/frontend-uploader/?adb_page=add-new) user can create new package. The package type and file type can be validated. But you want custom csv validation. Currently, which is not possible with the existing feature. As it is a custom error with your custom logic.
