There is an issue with your theme front-end builder zindex, that inherits the popup zindex. So, for alternate solution i put [download_link_extended] in the template.

After you modify a page template, you can select the template from single package setting, Details here. Page template will work with single package view. While link template will only work with the shortcode that includes the package link into any page/post.

And if you make a link template, then it will only work with the shortcode of link, Details Here.

And for modifying the template file you can follow this tutorial.

Can you send the email screenshot? so I can verify, If it goes from our domain then it’s not spam. We email for new releases.

And the chat button on our site is an experimental chatbot, which replies with predefined data. It’s not a plugin for WordPress that used for chatting and supports. But we can set up this if you need it on your site for $200, with your predefined data for the reply.

Yes, You can use custom page/link template addon to make direct download link in the icon, for this, you need to create custom template or modify an existing template file from wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates this page.

You can use this code <a href="[download_url]">[icon]</a> to make the link work with the icon.

Hi,

The plugin Autoptimize trying to compress the js script that is causing the bug. It’s trying to make one script out of WDM and slider jquery.

I have deactivated the plugin. The slider seems working fine now, WDM also activated.

The shortcode for user login form is [wpdm_login_form], can you please send the WordPress login in private reply?

Please post a new thread in the forum with your issue. We will be happy to assist.

If you have access to the admin dashboard go to Downloads -> Settings -> Frontend page and set Login Page option “None Selected” that should fix your issue.

As you can’t login post a new thread with login and ftp info in private.
