If you select a page/link template or in any template file the [file_size] should show the actual file size.

Hi,

WPDM has password lock feature and file password system built in. We don’t use the core WordPress password lock. If you use the WordPress core feature for the single package file then there might be an issue or mistake for what it is not working. But you can always use the plugin default feature.

There is a possibility that the package has not any files which user tries to download. Please check the package that contains at least one file. Blank package will show this error. But if it is not the issue then please send login in private reply to check the site.

You can use <?php set_post_thumbnail( $post, $thumbnail_id ); ?> function from wordpress to automatically set the attachement as feature image.

Hi,

Yes, I was able to upload test file from that page with user wpdm. I also created another two files. The problem is maybe you skip the allow access option from the package settings. So the packages won’t be listed for the user who doesn’t have access to it.
