Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.4 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the WPDM Page Templates add-ons as well which is right now version 1.1.0. Please update them, or you can download the latest WPDM Pro version from here.
I hope it will work fine then. if it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.

If you want to order it by date, make the date a major column, and if you put field value order_by="update_date" on it then it will show packages/files based on date.

Hi,
Welcome to the support forum.
Basically, the error means that there are some missing permissions.
You can change the user permission of a folder with an FTP Client. Detailed information can be found here.
You should check the permissions and either set them on 775 or 664, Depends on what kind of permissions are needed precisely.
