Hi @hughworm,
I have made your last post private based on your request.
As I have said before you have added file as URL/from media library that’s why file size is not getting calculated. Have a look at this.
I have created a new package here and added file by using Drop Files Here
section and it’s working fine like this.
Hope you understand now.

Hi @goldenmoon,
For now yes only paid option.
Yes, you can use the [popup_link]
shortcode with any contact form but it may not work with the WPDM shortcode as we haven’t tested it.
Hope you understand.
Thank you
Hello @pnovsyd,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.5
of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.
I hope it will work fine then. If it doesn’t work, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

Hello @alligator,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Auto-install sometimes fails due to auth error or server file permission issue.
However, you can always download the plugin from the below link.
https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases.
Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
Thank you
Hello @goldenmoon,
1. With the WPDM Pro email lock feature you can achieve this functionality easily. Have a look at the below screenshots.
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou4vZ9w
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Apuz7RpG
However, you can use the below add-on instead with the free version of WPDM.
Form Lock – Ask users to fill a form to get access to download
2. You can turn of comments by following this in the package edit section.
Cheers!
Hi,
If you follow the below link then it will not get overwritten as it’s clearly mentioned there that you are copying your required plugin files to your current active-theme
directory not directly modifying on the direct plugin file.
Hope you are clear now.
However, in the WPDM Pro
, you don’t have to worry about that as you can modify template files from this section and it will not get overwritten with future updates.
Thank you.
Hello @goldenmoon,
Please customize your relevant template by following the below link and use [title]
instead of [page_link]
.
It should solve your issue and will look like this.
Thank You
In my test environment, Link Template previews are working fine.
Please cooperate with us by providing your temporary wp-admin login details and admin URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
However, it will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.loom.com/
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

Hello @promultis,
The issue is happening due to the permalink structure I think as I have failed to access the WordPress error log due to file permission.
Because I have created a test page and it’s working fine.
As you have created the same page with the same permalink which conflicts with WPDM base URL like this.
Also, after changing the permalink structure to plain like this the Download page is working fine.
Hope you got my point.
Thank you
Hi @promultis,
I tried to log in using the above-mentioned credentials. But it’s not working and throwing an error like this.
Please provide us with your valid admin login credentials in a private reply so that I can debug and give you better solution.
Thank you
Hi @abakar-musalaev,
Hope you are well and doing great.
In our inspection, we found that there is no pop up showing right now and the download is working properly.
Please check this.

Hello @aloette1978,
Hope you are well.
Once logged in, you can redirect users to any page you want or keep them on the same page to take their next action by passing the value to the redirect
parameter.
As example: [wpdm_modal_login_form label="Login" class="btn btn-info" redirect="your page/site URL"]
Hope you understand now.
