Hello @sehdcomm,
In my inspection, I found that you are using the free version of the WPDM plugin while you said that you have purchased the Download Manager Pro.
So, please download your latest version of WPDM Pro from here.
After that remove the free version and then install the latest WPDM Pro.
Hopefully, your issue will be solved.

We have found that your order is linked to another account which is yrshaik@gmail.com.
You need to log in to that account to activate auto-update or download the latest version.
Also, I have tested that the Tabs are working fine with the latest version of WPDM Pro.

Also, you are using an older version of the WPDM Pro.
We have released the latest version 6.0.5 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. Please update them, or you can download them from here.

You are using old codes in your currently activated theme. That’s why it’s showing such errors.
You need to change \WPDM\libs\Crypt to \WPDM\__\Crypt.

Hello,
The below CSS was hiding the form that’s why it was showing as a blank box and I just corrected it.

If you take a closer look in the shortcode there is a login="1" param. If you set the param value to 0 then it will not show the login form and users will be able to view the page entirely without login.
