Hi,
In our test environment, it worked well.
Make sure that you are using the default WordPress .htaccess instead of your custom one.

Hello @q3dmis,
Older versions are not getting maintained frequently and are no longer accessible.
The WPDM Pro codebase has been changed in version 6 which requires minimum WordPress version 5.3 and it contains lots of improvements, bug fixes as well as security/vulnerability fixes. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well.

Hi @dougvos,
Hope you are well.
prefixes like 1629391978wpdm_ are added before the file name when a file with the same name already exists.
However, if you select the overwrite file option from the WPDM settings by following this, it will overwrite the old file and will not create a new file with a prefix.

I have checked that you have installed the free version of the WPDM. Template customization is only available with the WPDM Pro.
Please, download and install the WPDM Pro.
When you will click on the Download button then you will find the WPDM Pro. Check this.

The update will be available within the next 72 hours.
However, you don’t have to change anything in the code. Simply just follow the below example shortcode and you should be able to print custom field values easily.
[wpdm_all_packages login=1 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" categories="images" jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|acf_manufacture|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Manufacture|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]
As you can see in the cols param acf_manufacture is the custom field name acf_field_name.

Yes, you have to create a custom template and then use [download_link_extended] template tags which will show the form-lock form as static, not as a popup.

It might be your browser/computer settings or due to the older version browser too. Because in my and others testing it’s working fine.
However, have you tried in the browser incognito mode?
If still the problem exists then can you please reproduce the issue by using this tool?
Every time I have tested, it worked perfectly. Without reproducing the issue it’s difficult to troubleshoot.
Also, there can be a conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

First of all, you have to customize the individual pages with the theme settings/page builder.
After that create the form in the WP Forms or Gravity Forms. And, then it will be possible to integrate with the Form Lock add-on.
You will find the implementation procedure in the below link.

Form Lock – Ask users to fill a form to get access to download
