Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

The page template was not selected that’s why it was showing such an error. I just selected the related page template like this and it’s working fine now.

Then deactivate and reactive the Premium Packages
add-on again.
Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
If, still the problem exists then please set up a test/paypal payment method where we can place a test order and debug the issue properly.
