Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you are not using the latest version 3.2.18? If not then please update your copy and then clear all cache.
Now, it should work fine, it not, please go to WPDM privacy settings and select DB as temp storage by following this.
Also, try this too as well.
If still, the problem exists then please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.

Download Manager 6.0.8 is PHP version 8 ready.
However, the WPDM – PDF Viewer add-on is not ready yet.
I have added it to the to-do list. Once it will be ready I will notify you instantly.

Hello,
Please check now I have adjusted the colours from blue to pink by adding CSS in Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS.
The option to change the colours in the settings will affect floated Chatbox only. Hope you understand.
However, You can capture screenshots by using this app and send the URL here.

Hello,
Can you please specify a bit that which sections colour do you want to change?
It will be very cooperative if you provide us with some screenshots.
But, I think you have to change colour by using CSS codes as there is no dashboard option right now.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the WPDM Pro which is right now 6.0.8.
