Since most of the users are moving to Gutenberg so we have stopped maintaining the WPDM Extended Shortcode
add-on.
So, it’s creating the wrong shortcode and that’s why it’s not working.

Directory add-on got updated recently that’s why it’s showing 4.3.5
now. Don’t worry about it.
Also, to disable auto-renew simply send an order note from the order details page.
Deactivating,auto-renew will also prevent you from getting regular updates.
