Hi @solsqd
Welcome to the support forum.
We have tested your reported issue in our testing environment and it’s working fine.
However, based on the error log it seems the error is generated from your theme.
We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.
If you are not sure how to go about it, we’ll be glad to help. Please share your website credentials as mentioned below so that we can take a look and help you asap.

However, thanks for your idea, we may add this in a future release.

Hi @pierreg,
Thank you for your query.
To achieve such referred functionality, you need the WordPress PDF Viewer add-on.
Also, make sure that you use the Single Column With Doc Preview
as a page template in the package edit section. Here’s the reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/eSe21yHqHA8N
Let us know if you have any questions regarding this.

Hello @thomaskylanderdiosenticse,
Thank you for writing back to us.
You can restrict downloads for certain email domains by specifying them to the WPDM Block Emails section located under the WPDM settings section which will prevent that certain emails. Here’s the reference screenshot: https://jmp.sh/6Guz9iZ
Unfortunately, as of now, WPDM does not have an option to verify whether the email address exists or not.
But thank you for your idea, I will discuss it with our dev team and if feasible we will surely add this in a future update.

Hello,
I have checked your download-manager-files
folder, and it seems the below-marked files are not present there, and that’s why it’s showing such errors.
Please check this screencast where I have explained everything: https://www.loom.com/share/d4d4d48f73424267ad872c3d5a7045a9
