Hello,
Thank you for writing to us.
First of all please ensure that you are using the latest version of the WPDM plugin.
If still, the problem exists then We’ll need to take a closer look to see why this might be happening. But, this might take a little longer. Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this.
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one
, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Try once again after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.
Please let me know how that goes. I will be happy to help with any further assistance you might need.
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

Hello,
Greetings for the day!
It appears that the Access to this resource on the server is denied! is occurring due to your server/hosting and is not related to WPDM.
Alternatively, can you please try after attaching the file from server: https://prnt.sc/MCxDVo9os_T7
I hope it will resolve the issue.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
We’ve updated the newsletter plugin on your site, which should resolve the notification issue.
However, the tab issue is due to a js error which is not coming from our plugin and causing the from other-third party plugins.
Here’s what you can do to find the root cause of the issue,
Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM
and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
For premium packages even if they have already reached their download limit, they will still be able to purchase the package as it’s intended to work this way as the download limit only restricts download not purchase.
I hope you understand.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
It appears that somehow for that particular image the thumbnail issue is occurring as it’s also occurring on our testing website as well.
However, regarding the 2FA issue can you please provide us with some additional details that how can we reproduce it or on your website how can we check?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
