OK thank you. I look forward to an update soon.
Hi Nayeem, thank you for making the requested changes.
However, I don’t know which part of the “plan.php” file you may have modified but now the same problem with the “wppromembership” plugin reappeared that I posted weeks ago.. (attached image) https://ibb.co/G0MMWMn https://ibb.co/6whp7yp
When a subscriber purchases the “premium plan” the expiration date is the same as the membership start date. It is supposed to be monthly (May 20, 2022). There is also the error of the payment amount, it should appear 5$ and not 0.6$
Hi Nayeem, that’s right. I want to remove the entire line.
I already updated the plugin to the latest version and the same problem continues. I can’t upload the csv file
I have noticed that you checked the “email verification on registration” box and now the users who register if have the default role “test”. Apparently this is the only tricky solution.
However, the shotcode “test” role is not linked to the plan you created with the “wppromembershippro” plugin, I can tell because I can’t access the packages I assigned for the “test” role.
On the other hand, the main question is, is it not possible to link the registry that comes by default with the “download manager” plugin with the “free” plan registry that is created in “wppromembership”?
I need a solution to this problem but for the plugin “wppromembership” to work simultaneously with the shortcode [wpdm_reg_form].
I await your response or solution as soon as possible.
indeed, now new registered users have the “free” role… but you disabled the “wppromembership” plugin. I need to activate it, this plugin is essential to manage subscriptions in “free” and “premium” plans.
Did you change the cache plugin? yesterday I had “WP Rocket” installed and now it is “W3 total cache”.
Due to this, when logging in the page remains blank.
You can do it.
I’ve already changed it, you can check again.
Previously, I had changed that option, so that when the user sees in the access modal window the option: “Sign up now”, it directs them to the subscription plans (free and premium). When the user chooses the “free” plan, I take him to the registration page with the shortcode [wpdm_reg_form], however, it does not work, and the problem mentioned in previous messages occurs.
The conflict is generated with the wppromembership plugin, I want the new user registration to be assigned the “free” profile or plan created with wppromembership. You understand me?
I have already tried, disabling plugins and themes as you suggest but the problem continues.
I have already checked and the problem continues, the default “role” is not assigned for new users, they appear “no profile”. Please check again.
