Yes. The solution was to change the version of the Blocksy theme to the one from a few months ago.

Apparently there is an incompatibility of a version of the Blocksy theme with WPDM

Ads are only displayed through the backend.

They are not displayed through the frontend

I have disabled all plugins except wpdm and the problem continues

I already customized the “default.html” file

In which path of the child directory should I paste it?

In the link you indicated, there is the example of the files from the path: /src/Packages/views/link-templates

in my case the original path structure is: src/__/views/email-templates

I am using the structure: /{active-theme}/download-manager/email-templates and it is not working

Could you tell me the correct path to paste the new default.html file?

I want to put the link in the footer of the template, next to the Face link. As shown in the previously attached image: https://ibb.co/PcfF7Bq

Your suggestion only allows me to personalize the content or body of the email.

There should be an option to hide the unsubscribe button, both buttons are confusing.
