I have the same problem, which I have been warning since they implemented the dropzone function.

This problem was already happening for several months, but until now I am realizing it because a user notified me.

Users renew their subscription automatically through paypal… but the wpmembershippro plugin cancels their subscription on the second billing cycle. In the 2nd month, subscribers are paying a subscription without being able to access exclusive content.

Take advantage of this topic, to suggest that they implement an option to disable the tabs that appear in the dashboard, for example, purchases, my downloads, download history

Hi Tanvir, I have already updated the plugin to the latest version 6.1.7 and the problem still persists.

From what I see in the changelog “https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wordpress-download-manager-change-log/”, they didn’t address this issue and didn’t fix anything.

yes, I have the latest version 6.1.6.

I am trying to assign “tags” to the packages of my online store… but they are not imported correctly, the packages are loaded without the corresponding tag that I assigned in the csv file.

I also notice that you updated the wppromembership plugin, removing the modifications I requested in the previous topic: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/how-to-customize-text-in-plan-description- in-wppromembership/

which consisted of deleting/hiding the text that is framed in red in the following images:

Hi Tanvir, you told me that these plugins could work together, that’s why I bought the “PayPal Payments Pro” plugin and I can’t find any integration with the “wppromembership” plugin.

The paypal button is supposed to appear, with its modal window to enter the debit/credit card, as indicated on the official page: https://cdn.wpdownloadmanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/PayPal-Payment-Pro-WordPress-Download-Manager.png

and it appears to me like this, the standard version of paypal: https://ibb.co/cT1d6vR

I also purchased the “2checkout” plugin where as you indicate in “https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/” the wppromembership plugin supports this payment method, and I don’t see any integration option either: https://ibb.co/B3cH6G7

I hope you can fix me as soon as possible
