Please select “Save in file” and then save settings. That will restore previous session management options and everything will work fine, however, we are coming with a new update within the next 24 hours with the fix.
@gkmockups, 3,4,5,6 and 7 are okay now, had to select temporary storage management option:
We have added it in the last update, still testing all options for premium packages plugin, for now, keeping it “Save in file” will reinstate everything as they were.
Anyone else, who is having issues with temporary, simply visit Admin Menu ► Downloads ► Templates page, that will auto-convert all custom templates to our newly implemented XML format and will show everything fine frontend as they were.

My reply was about the affiliate plugin, please update that too, also, the custom order is related to premium package add-on, if you are not using the latest version, update your copy. Manual order is working fine in our setup ( As you can check it in our demo https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=orders ). However, try deactivating and reactivating the plugins ( wpdm and premium packages ). However, if you want me to check it in detail, enable full access.

We have released a quick update today with auto-clear temporary data ( using wp cron job ) option and additional option ( cookie, db, file ) to store temporary data. However, from this update, default temporary data storage is the cookie.
You have to edit template file for that, however, I’ve done so far on this for you :).
