You can customize all email templates ( message contents ) from Admin Memu ► Templates ► Email Templates

It was because coupon code is restricted to package Fly Me To The Moon – Michael Bublé, but package specific coupon is disabled from settings. Now, I’ve enable it and it is working fine, please check the following screenshot:

No need to hit update cart, you will not be able to complete the purchase before the tax calculation is completed, go to the bottom of the cart page.

Price will not show including tax based on tax settings, tax will be calculated on cart page based on users billing address.

It is working fine for me with any random package, as it is a global setting, not a package specific option. Please clear your browser cache and try with any package.

The recent CF7 update disabled HTML in the response message, however, we have adjusted the compatibility issue and updating the form lock add-on soon. Untill then, please add the following js code at the of your active themes footer.php to resolve it:

I see, the email function depends on your server or wp’s default settings. You’re receiving an email with gmail means, wpdm triggering email properly. Please check your server settings or contact server support.
