Please add the below CSS in Dashboard>Appearance>Customize>Addtional CSS and it will solve your issue.

Hi,

thanks this problem is solved… I only have one problem and when you can solved that i am really happy:

When you purchase a Package or one of the seperate items of that package there is no Tax calculated and also not in invoice our coverment don;t accept that

We have a shortcode within an add to cart button. all our customers want to make a choice to one of the multiple files in the Packages we setup, is it possible to delete that button or redirect to package see: https://www.studioeleven.nl/imusic-lyrics-chords-collection/

Please tell me which one you are trying to purchase but tax is not calculating, as I see now, tax is calculating as soon as the cart page loaded.
Also, https://www.studioeleven.nl/imusic-lyrics-chords-collection/ is adjusted.

Hi,

I don’t know whats going wrong or what you setup but oke this option works but all other packages and seperated file by me don’t work. What do i get wrong?must i setup someting in a package or seperate file.? This is really the last thing i needed to get online selling please explain

It is working fine for me with any random package, as it is a global setting, not a package specific option. Please clear your browser cache and try with any package.

Price will not show including tax based on tax settings, tax will be calculated on cart page based on users billing address.

Hi,

I tried my iMac and also my new laptop i didn’t use before with 2 several browsers Google chrome and Safari bu no way no Tax calculation. So let it be i give up i need to start project for experience. Thanks for all other solutions that works fine

when i click on update cart, tax shows up and hide after update cart again

No need to hit update cart, you will not be able to complete the purchase before the tax calculation is completed, go to the bottom of the cart page.

Hello,
If you remove all visitors from the allowing access option and add other roles in the package edit section like this then user need to signup/login to get access to download.
Also, make sure that these options are enabled so a new user can create a new account in order to download files.

thanks it works but now they download all 3 packages thats not what i want, i am gonna give them a coupon code maybe thats better and faster because i want to start tomorrow

Hi,
when i setup like this i have 3 packages with each seperate data (each packages: 4). The Package shows up with on left side all data, whe i select 2 data i downlaod all packages with all data. Is there a working choice that somebody who register only can make choice and download max 2 data from that free download

i also setup coupon code on this package: fly me to the moon….code is pvdb but when i fill in code i don’t get discount

It was because coupon code is restricted to package Fly Me To The Moon – Michael Bublé, but package specific coupon is disabled from settings. Now, I’ve enable it and it is working fine, please check the following screenshot:
