if any type of lock option enabled then mp3 will not play.

the dot is coming from your theme css. in theme style.css file add the following line:

you have to download it from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/my-orders/ , delete free version, then install and activate 3.3.3

looks like somehow “jquery.dataTables.js” file is missing from /download-manager/js/ dir, in your installation
