category short-code will show packages from that specific categroy only, if you want to show packages from multiple categories, please user category ids separated by comma, like [wpdm_category id="colegiados,24000000"]
we are adding the option with next update, now the email content stored in db from that file after 1st update of plugin, so after that, change in content for that file will not effect anymore, but we are adding that option with next update

template files using bootstrap.css . so if you disable then templates will break. But if you facing problem please contact live support or mail temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
wpdm don’t change file extension, it may happen from your browser or server, when fail to detect content type, but wpdm send content type header normally.
