please give me your url to check
1) url showing “Internal Server Error”
2) that will require customization in code
now it could be a server cache memory issue, as for multifile package, when you try to download it, wpdm pro zip all file on the fly, which require cache memory same or larger then the total file size in that package. but if all those already ok in your server please send a ftp and wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, I shall check it.
sorry not clear, which border, may you please give me your url to check
1) please give me your url to suggest your css code
2) not clear
3) download user review add-on again to resolve the issue
4) disable image button add-on and use like this [download_link http://cdn4.iconfinder.com/data/icons/cc_mono_icon_set/blacks/48×48/download.png%5D in page or link template, more details: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/integrated-templates/
you can’t edit email address, but if you seriously want to change email please mail your new email address to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
if you already sent your key, support team will unlock it soon
no restriction from wpdm pro, but its from server ๐ please ask your server support to increase upload file size limit.
yes, it will. But if you facing any problem, please explain me here or mail to support@wpdownloadmanager.com with your login info ๐
to import dir all files have to be inside that dir, and files in sub-dir will be ignored, but next update we are adding the feature to import sub dirs too
ok, checking that.
ok, i’ll ๐
/download-manager/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css
please delete all contents in cache dir, then it will work
please send your key to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
yes, if you are using “download” and “downloads” for package and category url base in wpdm pro, those 2 terms are reserved for wpdm pro, you can’t use those 2 terms for other page or category or tag. otherwise you need to use different url bases for wpdm pro. like “file-download” , “download-categories” or whatever fit best as your need ๐
hi, sorry for the delay, support team replied you. Anyhow, please try deactivating and reactivating plugin from each site admin after update.
I see links are opening properly, but if I missed something, may you please explain little more. Thanks
your will need this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/
@gencharitaci, may you please explain little more
@ben@lunsky.com , actually such issues only happen for server reasons, like not enough memory or server not supporting buffer caching. but i need to check to be sure, please send temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
you need to change date format from WordPress settings page. wpdm pro use the date format as in WordPress settings
the css issue is because of bootstrap css added from another plugin.
it was because of the conflict with your theme css, issues resolved by adding following css at the end of your theme css:
.modal-backdrop, .modal-backdrop.fade.in {
z-index: -9999;
}
not yet ๐ possibly we will add the feature with next update
