@EugeneNyawara, you need to activate wpdm pro from individual site admin, don’t network activate it.

To get new version, you simply need to download wpdm pro again from your order page ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/my-orders/ ). Steps:

now it could be a server cache memory issue, as for multifile package, when you try to download it, wpdm pro zip all file on the fly, which require cache memory same or larger then the total file size in that package. but if all those already ok in your server please send a ftp and wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, I shall check it.

to import dir all files have to be inside that dir, and files in sub-dir will be ignored, but next update we are adding the feature to import sub dirs too
