you can use same archive page for all membership, if you set category or package access properly, only allowed members will able to see those

Issues is resolved by activating “CURL” .

2nd level access will not affect here if 1st user download and distribute it. Otherwise, you can create a package, while creating package make it password protected and generate 21 passwords, and give the list of password to 1st user, you can set usage limit for each password.

looks like you are using old version “wpdm-custom-access-level” add-on, please update your add-on to avoid such issue in future. For now please delete “wp-content/plugins/wpdm-custom-access-level” using ftp

for now you can’t unselected icon, also you don’t need to unselect, you need to remove [icon] tag from link template.
