You can use variables in email templates like this [#REQUEST_field_group/field_name#].

To explain more:
If a field name is contact[email], the variable should be [#REQUEST_contact/email#],

I meant, I’m not seeing any problem on your site, it is working fine now with AdSense. Also, the download link is a simple HTML tag, wpdm can’t be a reason for any conflict you may see there.

The plugin’s developer responded to our initial contact in less than an hour, and we provided a confidential full disclosure the same day, on May 4, 2021. A patched version of the WP Download Manager plugin was released the next day, on May 5, 2021.

Don’t worry, for now, there are no settings by default, some wpdm add-ons use the page to add additional settings there.

I see, you are using shortcode [rs_wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="-1" categories="technical-notes" caption="Technical Notes"], which is not from wpdm. Seems like a custom shortcode. You may need to update the codes.
