you can add “Package Size:” in “Package Settings” metabox. checking image button add-on.
1) you will need wpdm directory add-on ( http://wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ ) if you want to make a view like this: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page/ , [wpdm-all-packages] will show data in tabular format only, another way is create a category and assign all packaged to that category and use category short-code.
2) use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ to generat short-code.
please update 4.0.3, thumb gallery is working fine there http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/wpdm-package/wordpress-shopping-cart-system/ , also, other issues are fixed there.
1) actually nothing to fix there, there showing double image, 1 is coming from your theme and 2nd one is from wpdm page template, so you can easily skip 2nd image simply creating a new wpdm page template without [thumb] tag or just editing current wpdm page template you using there. as you know wpdm page templates can be created /edited from templates section.
2) same as #1, you can removed [version] tag editing page template ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/integrated-templates/ )
3) yes, install the image buttons add-on mentioned by “Nikodemsky”

6) sorry about that, but if don’t assign then need to do manually, as we used different table earlier, after migration sometimes category slug change and no way to keep to assigned in those cases.
you still need the patch for nextgen gallery, actually it need to be changed from their side, we can’t add the code permanently with wpdm pro.
Thanks to Nikodemsky 🙂 , Actually, I know some issue will arise with v4 migration, as there things are totally recoded and something could be missing and some issues may happed, but I’m working hard with my team to clear those out. BTW, this big changed I didn’t just for making wpdm pro better for you, may be you are facing some issues now, though v4.0.3 is fine now without any old issues, but we are coming with many new features very soon.

please use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/ for image button and update to v4.0.3 for version, anyhow you may need to update the package again to show version number.
actually the url should be always current page url, mean if use tweet from short-code page then it will use short-code page url or it user tweet from page details page then it will use details page url

yes, in 4.0.2, we were using bootstrap 3 and there some styles are dropped. anyhow we are working on some new styles, will be available soon
