ok now, problem was, in last update we added new field “request_status” with subscriber table with was not updated in your site so why the subscriber insert query was not executing, usually deactivate and reactivating plugin runs the sql query to add the field and issue is fixed with that.
you may try with any plugin from wp.org to sort posts from a custom post type.
actually you can do that in various way,
One way is , create a package ( Downloads Add New ) for resellers add all reseller files and apply password lock from Lock Option in Package Settings metabox. So when a reseller comes to that page he will need to enter password to download files. Same process for agent.
Another Way is. if resellers and agents are under different user roles. then you can create one for more packages for them and from Access field simply need to select the user role ( reseller or agent ) you want to give access to that package. But let me know if you still not clear.
for rearrange/reorder individual files you simply need to drag and drop in edit package window. and here http://unofficialmills.co.uk/mp3downloads/podcasts/2013-podcasts/ already sort by publish date is available.
It is probably happening becuase your theme using an old version of jquery from external srouce ( /Workality-Premium-master/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js ), but it should be enqueue’d from default location as wp provided , please as your theme developer to update jquery and use the standard way as in wp guideline.

@NovaStar, actually, wpdm pro has major design change in v4 update and also free v2.6 will look similar. wpdm pro v3.3.8 had matching interface with cusrrent free version, but what we are doing just for your a better experience in using wpdm, as you just switched from free version pro may look little complex, but trust me, once you understand its usage, you will see this as best one. anyhow usage docs for v4 is here http://newlook.wpdownloadmanager.com/docsfor/download-manager-pro/
it is becuase you were using archive page v1.7.0, but for wpdm pro v4.0.6 you had to install archive page v2.1.0 , anyhow I’ve update it in your installation and looks ok now
please check “Show Only Login Button Instead of Login Required Message ” option in wpdm settings page
just checked, I see, files are not available in correct location of server actually, as you used only file name (not the complete file path ), you need to place all files in /uploads/download-manager-files/ dir
you also need to add those image in additional preview section and in page template use template tag [thumb_gallery_WxH] ( where W and H should replaced will responsive image width and height )
