WPDM Pro has option to block mail domains, you can use that option to block fake/temporary/disposable email addresses. Also you can ask for email and name, send download link to their inbox rather than instant download.

that is archive page and which design partially depends on your theme, so you can’t make the page exactly like http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/ready-templates/ , to make page like http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/ready-templates/ you will have to use category short-code or you need to edit your theme.
