@Jerrad, you can disable bootstrap.js from wpdm settings page but there is no other easy way.
sorry for the delay. License key is ok now. Checked the video, the issue is happening as you already have a role named “guest”, wpdm is using the term “guest” for all non-registered visitors. You need to change the role name “guest”

We are actually using “wp_mail” function and I server is not blocking email from php script it should be sent properly, as the function is basically from wp’s native library, the add-on simply called it. may you please ask your server/hosting support if they are blocking php mail function.

create a menu from manu manager and assigned it to top menu. Then you will see the menu bar at the top of the page.
the issue is happening as your site home & site url is different, anyhow I can’t update file from here /wp-admin/plugin-editor.php to adjust the issue, please send me a temporary ftp access to download-manager dir.
