it is file access permission issue, need to make those file readable, please ask hosting/server support to adjust the file permission and make those files readable or send me ftp access and wp-admin login info, I’ll do that for you.

wpdm pro doesn’t call any plugin icons, but still if you want I can disable other css calling by wpdm pro. But as far as I checked, there is no css with wpdm pro to conflict with the theme.
if you want to trigger all downloads at a time that will require customization in code and also may increase your server load.
Now you can remove [download_link] tag and activate individual download, so that user can see the list and download files as they want.

sorry no way to zip, as for creating zip need to cache all files in local dir first which could kill all disk space.
