[pdf_thumb_70x130] requires ImageMagick installed in server, please ask you server/hosting support to install it
After upgrade, sometime need to reassign categories as id are change so old links lost.

#1. if package has multiple files where each or some files are too large ( like GB ) and if you server memory is lower then total file size added with package, package download may fail as it tries to zip all files on the fly before download and shows Fatal error: Out of memory , in that case you need to use individual file download option.
#2. same reason as above
Yes, if you store files remote server , ftp add-on could be helpful to add file directly from that remote server, anyhow if you update the file in remote server, you will not have to update/edit package.
For setting up you simply need to add ftp info in download manager sttings ftp tab
After that you will see the file from remote ftp in add/edit package window like this:

about the server, I just guessed, not exactly sure.
About the content, when same content you are sending continuously over a year and if a few of the users mark it as spam even accidentally or match with any other spam pattern, the email could mark as spam, so, if you change contents after certain period, there should be less probability of going to spam folder.
in that case it could be related to your server, probably not sending mail headers properly or you should try changing mail contents

Ops, yes, we have changed the toolbar option, now it will be like as you see now the earlier version it was not looking very professional.
the plugin “BookMarkPress” causing the issue, I’ve disabled it and everything looks fine.
I see, I missed “previous”, “entries” words, they were coming from a separate library /download-manager/class.pagination.php , anyhow I’ll add those within next update, but all other missing words/strings already included in v4.1.3
