For showing featured image, use template tag [thumb_WxH] , replace W and H with your expected width and height.

looks like problem with php version in your server, can you update to php 5.

if you still didn’t update v4.1.4, please update, we have added zip cache option for muti-file package.

login info is not working, please enable individual download option for resolving player issue.
Download is working fine, but taking time to zip the files because of your server and file size

#2. Grouping users is not in the scope of this plugin, wp has native option “User Role” for that. And you can assign user role in allow access field of wpdm pro ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/add-new-package/package-settings/ ) to allow the user group
