actually we set execution time limit to unlimited from wpdm, but sometime server restricts to set it from script, in that case need to set execution time limit to unlimited from your server settings, need to ask server/hosting support for that.

and it is working fine now

I see you are using aws, so if download fails it is totally related to aws, nothing to do from wpdm.

actually that will not be required. the sort-code will detect loggedin user automatically and will show the public packages + the packaged only assigned to him but he will not see the packages, those are assigned to other users. So the same short-code will work fine for all user.

Looks like “ImageMagick” is not working properly in your server, so I’ve disabled pdf thumb feature from wpdm pro. The other issue was causing by “Easy Bootstrap Shortcode”, I’ve disabled it and all are working fine now.
