looks like some sort of javascript conflict with your site, checking in details

wp download manager plugin saving post meta for wpdmpro post type in standard way, why Events Calendar plugin interfere there. probably there using some function which is wiping out those custom data or whatever it is, I can assure you that, nothing there to change in wpdm pro for this conflict.

in /download-manager/functions.php, find and replace panel-primary with panel-warning or add additional color styles for that class in your theme css.

download manager doesn’t trigger “The Events Calendar Pro” code, probably any “The Events Calendar Pro” hook was interfering there, but the “The Events Calendar Pro” dev can tell it better.
