yes, please deactivate and delete v4.1.8, then install & activate v4.1.9. Deleting plugin will not affect your data.
if you were using v4.1.8 and updated to v4.1.9, there is no such changes to make any problem. But the issue you facing probably from other plugin conflict, anyhow give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.

The event calendar plugin you using causing the issue, nothing to do with wpdm, however I tested here with another event calendar plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/ and which is working along with wpdm without causing any such issue.
