I see there are lots of plugin installed, anyone of them causing this js issue, to find the exact one, I need to check disabling those plugins temporarily, may I do that?
“function.session_start.duration exceeded 200ms” <-- this could be something related to your server, nothing to do with wpdm pro actually, please ask server/hosting support. /download-manager/download-manager.php:15 calls session_start function, that's a php function to initiate session, it doesn't cuase any issue except server blocking it, but the conflict with event calendar is different thing and it need to adjusted within the event calendar plugin code.

Sorry for the confusion, actually the this one http://themes.wpdownloadmanager.com/centric/ is the centric theme demo. But wrong demo link was my fault, so I’ve installed the theme in your site for free even it was not included with pack.

ok now. The issue was, image url was using http:// where your site was using https://, however I’ve added the fixed in wpdm for the next update (v4.2)

Ok, I’ve installed migration add-on, now you can migrate all old packages from Downloads Settings Migrate
Looks like a javascript conflict, probably you theme messing up inline js code, however please give me temporary wp-admin login info to check it in details and adjust it.

probably the other one ( first screenshot ) is coming form live composer add-on.
either your server is not supporting output buffering or other plugin generating unexpected output, I need to check it in your install to find the exact issue, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.
