if you set usage limit = 1, then after it is used for one time, the password will be expired after that, except you reset the usage limit, I tested it again on my side, and i got it working fine, If you are having the issue, I need to check it in your installation.

ok, the css error mostly coming from your theme and bootstrap css with wpdm, for wpdm part, you can disable bootstrap from download manager settings page.

to remove thumbnail, simply remove [thumb_WxH] from page template code. However, the wp function is is_singular('wpdmpro')
