it only may happen, if you changed theme or installed new plugin recently which is forcefully removing feature image support, however you may try disabling any such recent changed or if you want me to check, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.

I see, in that case, simply add/attach the different site url with your package, so when user will click download link, they will be redirected to that site.
simply upload/attach each file separately within a package and enable individual download.
you can give me here with a PM, just check Set as private reply , only you and me shall see that message.
