@Chrisking, if you are using “The Event Calendar” plugin, you need to disable it, the plugin has an issue, which is causing problem, however “The Event Calendar” plugin devs are adjust it and hopefully will fix it with their next update

1) clone link template panel
2) add <div class="col-md-4"> before the template content
3) add </div> after template content
4) save it as new template, lets name it “Panel 1/3”
5) Use tinymce toolbar button to generate archive page short-code, select the link template “Panel 1/3”

you need to use short-code [wpdm_frontend], then from download manager settings frontend tab, please select user roles, you want to allow upload from frontend.
