sorry, not clear, if you are using advanced custom field, then everything with custom should should work fine for you. There also mentioned the code in settings page that you need to copy/paste at front-end to show the data.
I see your ftp is not allowing me to access .../whatcklz/public_html/dev/silhouette/... I need to check file permissions there. Main point is actually there is nothing to change in plugin, you just need to try chanding server dir/file permission. As I show the files are importing file, if you got file missing somewhere which only mean file permission in that dir is not correct.

you configure mail template from Admin Menu Downloads Subscribers Email Template Tab
1) related downloads will show package when you will add multiple packages under same category or use similar tags
