You need to download latest version from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/purchases/ , then deactivate and delete old version , now install and activate new version. FYI, deleting old version will not delete your data.

@simstim, login info is not allowing me to access admin area, however, simply reactivate bootstrap js from wpdm settings to resolve the issue.
Fixed file attached, please download it unzip upload wpdm-add-new-file-front.php to /download-manager/tpls/ dir.
After that, please give me a temporary wp-admin login info and front-end url to check save option, which is a js conflict with your theme or other plugin

you need to contact server support for that, another way is upload .dmg using ftp then attach with package using server file browser.
if you have the file in download-manager-files then only Vero.pdf is ok, don’t have to add full path. a:1:{i:0;s:77:"Vero.pdf";} is wrong, it should be a:1:{i:0;s:8:"Vero.pdf";}
ok now, you were using outdated version of the add-on, you also should update download manager to latest version.
