@simstim, login info is not allowing me to access admin area, however, simply reactivate bootstrap js from wpdm settings to resolve the issue.
Fixed file attached, please download it unzip upload wpdm-add-new-file-front.php to /download-manager/tpls/ dir.

you need to contact server support for that, another way is upload .dmg using ftp then attach with package using server file browser.
if you have the file in download-manager-files then only Vero.pdf is ok, don’t have to add full path. a:1:{i:0;s:77:"Vero.pdf";} is wrong, it should be a:1:{i:0;s:8:"Vero.pdf";}

Actually if you want user to enter email and password, you simple need to select different user roles for access option, then user need to login before download. But if you thinking about password lock and email lock, they work as or not and.

not with wpdm actually, wp engine css file conflicting with bootstrap css, no such error will occur if they use a prefix with their css class.
wpdm has no restriction, if you can’t upload .dmg, it is a restriction from your server.
