Extra Hints:

• Don’t user [page_link] in link template if you don’t want your visitors to go to details page
• In case of public downloads, you can use <a href="[download_url]">[titlte]</a> in link template if you want it to start download when user click on linked title

Not sure exactly, may you please try with another browser, but it is working fine in chrome or another other browser for me.

But another reason could be their IP address. Probably multiple users are trying from same IP, wpdm takes IP as ID when users are not logged in.

It is not a bug, wordpress just works in that way, show count of the post associated only with that category.

You should be able to see the update notification in your dashboard if update check is not disabled from your wpdm settings page. And the XSS issue in v4.2.2 reported by your host is false, we were notified about the issue and only site admin or authorized user who can create a post can create such issue, but the truth is admin or authorized user can mess his site up in many ways if he wants. So it is not an issue actually, however we have added an option in wpdm settings to sanitize file name , you may check that option if you want to reformat file names even when you upload those by yourself.

@icoffe01, I’ve checked, pdf thumbnail issue is with your server, Imagick  is disabled in your server or not working properly, please contact server support.

Yes, we had to change some template in last update, but that is not a problem and you also don’t need to edit php file, please create a custom link template from Admin Menu Downloads Templates Link Template. Doc: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/

It may look same, but if you click on file title, it will start download for public files rather then opening the details page. If that is not what you meant, may you please explain me with an example URL.

In new version of accordion you can control the look as you like using link template. ( Ex: [wpdm-accordion template="link-template-id"] )

You can remove details page link from link template, you need to replace [page_link] tag using [title]

please zip the file and share. if you just want to edit contents you can change that from Admin Menu Downloads Subscribers Email Template
